Fabulous warm welcome by Yoann upon arrival, great communication from the team on email prior to arrival as well. I enquired about parking and they sent clear instructions on where to go, also clear instructions once you enter the car park about which level to park on depending on which Mercure you’re staying in. We love the location of this property, which is in the main Square and just beside the Palais Des Papes. It is so convenient to reach from the train station and everything is close at hand. We received an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the main square. What a generous upgrade to provide us with, and it left us with wonderful lasting memories.

Excellent location, right next to Palais des Papes, just a 2 minute walk from the parking. Staff were super helpful and check in was swift. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The was a great choice at breakfast, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of the city. Nice room with a balcony and a view over the square. Excellent air conditioning...if a little noisy!

The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean and we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerators. The magnifying mirror and the light in the bathroom was very good. We also liked the reading lamps beside the beds and the big TV screens. Stephanie and Salem were thoughtful to allocate to us two quiet side by side bedrooms on the fifth floor. They were nice to us and our children. We liked the fresh orange juice machine at breakfast.

Location was perfect- right in the heart of the city center. The staff was overly nice and very friendly to our little dog. The parking garage is so close to the property.
